- Skill config base changed to 2010 Skills
- Reroll System added for Unique/Ancient weapons and Ancient Armors ( Base cost 10M for Armor 20m for Weapon, increases by 33% every time after first time)
- Instacast Level 7 Buffs
- Scout Aoes Reduced
- CD for Evolve reduced(DK only atm, will fix DS with a small maint later)
